Momos might look like dimsum but there is a lot of difference between the two.

It consists of a coating of all-purpose flour with the filling in between. The filling can be vegetables or the filling can be of meat. This Indian food is then steamed in order to cook it.

4. Gulab jamun:
No event or get together or a function is over without this particular desert.

It normally consists of balls of dried milk which are then slowly cooked and finally dipped in sugar syrup.

Along with the curry, the humble gulab jamun is also spreading all over the world.
